In the event that a deposit is credited to your betbk account but subsequently charged back, reversed, or disputed by your payment provider, betbk reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your Account Balance and suspend your account pending investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
